Taylor is now sleeping in her crib most of the time now. She sleeps w/me lots still too though. I would say for the past few weeks she's been doing pretty good - last night was kinda rough, but she had a little bit of gas and couldn't get settled. Otherwise, she'll go down around 9-11 and sleep for a good 4-5 hours and then wake to eat and go back down for 2-3 and then the rest of the day eats about every 2 hours. She is a little sleep fighter, and LIKES to be held...but she will never be that big again, and we will never have any so I need to remember that!! Kerstyn got these pretty butterfly clips at Cali's bday from gramma, and loves them. She put them all in her hair at the same time, and it deserved a picture to capture the moment :).

We went to the dam yesterday to take picutres in the bluebonnets, and they are gorgeous!! It was of course an adventure - as everything is these days - and a couple of hours ordeal - but that's okay it was totally worth it! Kerstyn had a great time - until the buzy bees (what she calls them) started floating around. You can see her running away frantically. She was adorable, and Ashlee joined in the fun too :)

She had a great time! She got sick in the night on Thursday, and made sure to keep asking if she was still going to get to go camping and fishing. She enjoyed herself so much, and Taylor and I went out to visit with them on Saturday for a few hours. It was so windy that we couldn't leave the motorhome for too long. Kerstyn had a great time, and can't wait to go back! In the last picture they were digging for worms to go fishing with, and we kept telling her to pull up her pants. She ddin't want to stop digging - so this will be one of those pics we pull out when she's a teenager...lol!

Kerstyn will always be my baby girl!! She has grown so much, and has a wonderful personality - aside from the 3 yr old attitude :). She is loving, compassionate and giving. She told me today in the car on the way out to the bluebonnets that she prayed for her baby sister today at school. She is a wonderful blessing, and I need to remember that more!!!

Taylor has grown a bunch since they pictures were taken. At her 2 week check up she was 9lbs 4oz and 21 inches long - so she'd grown a lot! We can tell every couple of days how big she is getting. Her 0-3 month clothes are starting to get too small. She's a big girl already!

with the arrival of her new baby sister! Taylor Grace was born 3/27/09 @ 11:24am she weighed 8 lbs 1.2 oz and was 19 inches long. I was able to have her naturally with the major help of my best friend Katie, and my wonderful husband! It was an amazing birth experience!! She has adjusted now, but has mentioned a time or two that she want's baby Taylor to go away. She told me today that she loves her baby Taylor berry, berry much! She is a wonderful big sister!

we went to Claire's to watch Alyssa and Abby get their ears pierced, and Kerstyn fell in love w/this little mouse. She said..."momma, can you take my picture so my daddy can get this for me for Christmas"? Of course she wanted it right then, but I said no maybe you can get that for Christmas, and she said from daddy? So, her daddy being so great - looked at the picture and got if for her. She opened it early on Christmas eve, and hasn't left it alone since. It's pretty cute - she giggles when you squeeze her tummy. She named her Tosha - that is who watched her during the day from the summer until December, and she loves her!!

This preggo pic is only for you mom! She's even grown more in there since then too!! I'm ready to not be pregnant anymore, but our house is NOT ready at all!!

she is so funny :). I always forget to write down funny things Kerstyn has said, or done right after they happen - I've got to get better about that because I'm so forgetful. Thank God for the person he gave the wisdom to to invent sticky notes!! whooohooo! I do remember this because it happened yesterday. Jason texted me yesterday asking if I'd seen his check book. I said the last place I saw it was on the coffee table Friday night when you were resting. I then said you may want to check in all Kerstyn's purses and her playroom. The reason I know this is because before we leave the house to go somewhere she stuffs as many toys, snacks, whatever she can find laying around in whatever purse of her choice and brings it out the door. So stinkin cute!! For church Saturday, she had 3 measuring cups, a stuffed rabbit, some fruit snacks and of course a raggy :). So, a little later I asked him if he'd found it. He said "so funny, it was in one of her purses". Hey, at least it wasn't lost :).

It was very fun!! We got there a little early, and I was glad to be able to get Kerstyn used to everything before all the kids got there. With her personality she gets kindof afraid when it's overwhelmed with kiddos. There were only a couple of times she got a little too much, but other than that she did awesome!! We had a bunch of kiddos there! My mom came in from Florida Wednesay the 9th, and Kerstyn stayed home with her Thursday and Friday. Well, Thursday morning when Kerstyn noticed that momma and daddy weren't there - she got a little upset. I ended up having to come home for a bit from work, and by the time I got there Kerstyn was okay. She was hungry, and so her and gramma made some eggs to eat. After that they played all day. Mom said she enjoyed nap time!! She said she wore her out...I told her I lived for nap time too :)

Kerstyn didn't feel good and ran a high fever the whole weekend :(. Then, finally, yesterday morning her fever broke. She was much happier, and wanted to go fishin w/her daddy for a bit (about 10 mins is all she made it :) so, I was able to caption some quick pics - although you can barely see her. It's a rule on p-pops pier that she has to wear a life jacket at all times - so add a hat - and you can't see her. She didn't catch anything, but had fun w/her daddy.

we went down to our friend Alicia's house to go swim in their beautiful pool!! Kerstyn had a blast, and has become a huge fan of Alicia. We were watching Deigo one day and she said momma, momma, that's miss Alicia - referring to Deigo's sister Ali'ci'a...too cute!! This was a couple weeks ago, or maybe a little more. These pics are from May 30th - I'm a little behind on posting...like a month!!!! Well, this was the closing/end of year party of AHA - the absolute best pre-school there ever was! We had a great time visiting with our friends and having lots of snacks. Kerstyn learned so much there, and we are so very thankful for the love, and Godly leadership shown to our little one. They are truly a blessing, and we greatly miss them more than words can say!!

Well, she made it thru without crying - so that was good!! She mostly just stood there, and played with the top of her pants. Then, on the last song - she started singing and making the hand motions!! We were excited, and it was absolutely adorable! I'm uploading video of it now - although I only caught about 2 seconds of her making the motions and singing on the camera video. Jason got the whole performance on the camcorder :).

Kerstyn was playing in her bed, and I asked her if she wanted to take a nap - she said NO! I was getting ready and came back in to find her playing, and talking to the wall. She still said she didn't want to take a nap. Then I went back in about 10 mins later, and she was knocked out! haha :)

Last night she had her very first sleep over at her friend Robby's house. She did great, and had so much fun playing. She ended up staying up until 12:30 playing, and slept until 10:30 this morning. I guess she was wiped out, and that's why she ended up falling asleep this afternoon. Jason and I didn't do anything exciting. He ended up getting home from work really late, and was exhausted. This morning someone came to look at the house - so it was nice to get everything done without a toddler leaving a trail of new things to pick up. We missed her terribly though!

Thanks to my friend Sharon we've got it captured!!! We were at home depot last night, and the clerk said of wow a rainbow! We all ran out there and went to see it. Kerstyn was amazed, and I got to tell her why it was there and God's promise through the rainbow. She loved it! I didn't have my camera, but I knew right there in my mind that Sharon was catching it on film. I'm so thankful she did, and she made this adorable collage for us. Thanks Sharon!!

I haven't been good about posting regularly, and Kerstyn has been changing so much! I'll post some of the new things she's been doing, and saying.

Last week we were discussing her biting issue at school. I asked her why she kept biting, and she just looked at me puzzled. I explained what why meant, but to an almost 3 year old it had to of been Greek! So, Monday I picked her up from school, and told her we were going home or something. Well, she started asking why to everything I said. I mean everything! I'd say something, and she'd say why, then again, and again. It was too funny. Jason said he was taking her to school Thursday morning, and she asked him why about something. He said he was explaining the situation to her - when she said "daddy...what are you talking about?" LOL!! He was cracking up! Oh, Friday morning Kerstyn's teachers informed me that she had told them earlier in the week that mommy was having a baby. wow...not!! They said that was her saying she was ready for a baby. She cracks us up everyday with something new. Her speech is getting clearer, and her expressions are hilarious!! She is such a joy, and blessing to have in our lives. We are privileged that God choose us to be her parents!!

We were playing in her playroom the other night, and I snapped some pics...finally!! The whole family was there :)

We had a great day with our family!! Gramma and P-pop Fischer, Candice and Cali came up for the day. We all went to church, then came home and had lunch, and then Candice and I went outside to hide eggs (in the cold wind!), and the girls went to town getting them! They had a fun time playing together, and hunting eggs. The weekend went by way too fast!!!!! I am so thankful for my wonderful family, and the love I am able to expierience because of the sacrifice Jesus made for us! I am so thankful that He did what He promised - and we have the choice to connect with God on a personal level at every moment of our life.
